Fremington Properties are a Hampshire based property development company specialising in building a range of schemes from new large detached dwellings to refurbishing smaller cottages in rural locations. The principal partner, Charles Bradshaw, is a Chartered Surveyor, with over 30 years' experience in commercial and residential property in Hampshire, London and elsewhere in the country. He began his career with Chestertons in 1982, specialising in provincial commercial office property and thereafter in office development in the City of London. In 1991, he set up his own commercial property agency practice in London, eventually specialising in residential development since 2003.
