The current development scheme by Fremington Properties. A former public house set in the heart of the river Bourne valley, a tributary of the River Test. Planning permission was obtained to convert the property into 3 terraced cottages. Now comprehensively refurbished, with new windows and doors, a new roof, new services, kitchens and bathrooms, the property comprises two 3 bedroom cottages and one 2 bedroom cottage. Roberts Road, Barton Stacey, Hampshire

A joint venture with Andbury Propeties Ltd. Site acquired at auction from the Ministry of Defence. Comprised ten derelict garages  on a half acre site. Planning permission was obtained to erect four detached 4 bedroom houses. Site sold to the Champion Group.

Keepers, Drove Lane, Old Alresford, Hampshire

Another joint venture with Andbury Properties Ltd. Site acquired in 2007. The main site comprised a small 3 bedroom keepers cottage set in 16 acres of parkland and lakes; the second lot consisted of approximately half a mile of the River Arle leading up into the Dean in Alresford. The proposed Robert Adam designed dwelling was altered to a larger 6 bedroom 'arts and craft' building designed by local architect Paul Masser. The site was sold with the benefit of the new planning permission to a private buyer for £2.7 million.

Old Orchard & Martins Close, Compton Street, Compton, Nr Winchester, Hampshire

Another joint venture with Andbury Properties Ltd. Two adjoining sites were acquired at the end of the Compton Street Conservation Area, Martins Close and Old Orchard. Planning permission was obtained at appeal for the erection of six dwellings - three large 6 bedroom dwellings, a barn style 4 bedroom dwelling and two 2 bedroom cottages. The houses were built to a high standard in Michelmersh brick, and a combination of red clay tile and Welsh slate rooves. Sold to private buyers. Total sales £5.5 million.

Church End, Lay Hay Cottages, Church Lane, Preston Candover, Hampshire

Site acquired and the period building was substantially extended and refurbished. Located next to the redundant churchyard of the Old St Mary's Church with views across the adjacent fields looking south down the Candover Valley. Comprising four bedrooms, the cottage was sold to a private buyer for £645,000.

Site acquired in 2003. A former coach house located on the main thoroughfare of Castelnau in Barnes, south west London and backing onto the London Wetlands. The property was substantially reconstructed and extended at the rear and finished to a very high standard, with Hebron Gold limestone and oak floors, and a Lutron computerised lighting system. Sold to a private buyer for £1.75 million.
